Sandbar is a spacious 3 bedroom townhouse (sleeps max 7) with direct access through a private courtyard to Newcastle Beach.

The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, wall oven, separate hot plates, dishwasher & breakfast bar. The timber dining table has bench seating for 8 & the lounge area has leather sofas, wide-screen TV, DVD, CD & radio.

Up the carpeted staircase are 3 bedrooms & a large bathroom with separate shower & bath, and a separate toilet with hand basin.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 (1 king, 1 queen) have ceiling fans, large windows & a balcony, with table & chairs, overlooking the beach. The smaller 3rd bedroom has full size double bunks. All bedrooms have built-in robes with mirror doors.

Downstairs is a single fold up bed for that extra guest, a 2nd toilet and a laundry with tub, washing machine & dryer. There is one car space in the basement car park.

From ‘Sandbar’s rear door you walk directly into a sheltered courtyard with shared pool, tennis court & barbecue facilities.
