… in the city, by the beach & the harbour …
- The total stay tariff depends on both number of nights and number of guests; the longer the stay in any week, the cheaper the nightly rate.
- A deposit of $100 per house per week is required to confirm a booking. Remainder is payable on arrival.
- Minimum charge is for a two night stay (one night is the same tariff). The seventh night is free.
- For longer stays, a discount of $50 per week applies for each full week booked after the first.
- 10% surcharge applies to standard tariff for most holiday periods. Tariffs may rise by up to 50% in periods of peak demand.
- Some holiday bookings have a minimum stay: long weekends are 3 night min; Easter is 4 night min; Christmas, New Year, and January holidays are one week min.
- Arrivals on a Sunday or Public Holiday incur a $50 access charge to cover increased cleaning costs.
- Adult guests above 4 total, as well as casual stay guests, are $30 per person per night.
- Children under 18 are $15 a night; an extra child’s bed is available. A baby cot is $30 per stay/week.
- Teenagers not permitted to stay without a guardian.
- An additional house key, garage door opener (c), or parking permit (a) can be hired with $50 deposit.
- Every effort is made to keep bookings in the house of choice. However, at times this is not possible and a booking may be moved to another house.
- Tariffs for all confirmed bookings are honoured as booked. The tariff scale may be varied without notice. Always check the tariff when you book.
PLEASE NOTE: Parties (defined as ‘noisy gatherings’) are not permitted in Terraces accommodation day or night. Any disturbance of neighbours by excessive noise, drunkenness, or any other anti-social or inconsiderate behaviour, is strictly forbidden. Immediate eviction can result. |
