(a) A car parking permit is available providing free on-street parking, for a deposit of $50, refundable. Off-street parking is sometimes available for one small car at $35 per stay/week. Enquire at Reception.

• The total stay tariff depends on both number of nights and number of guests; the longer the stay in any week the cheaper the nightly rate.
• A deposit of $100 per stay/week is required to confirm a booking; the remainder is payable on arrival.
• The minimum charge is for a 2 night stay (1 night is the same tariff); the 7th night is free.
• For longer stays, a discount of $50 per week applies from Week 2 for each full week booked (except in holiday peak periods).
• A 10% surcharge on the standard tariff scale applies to all holiday periods; in addition, some holiday bookings have a minimum stay: long weekends (3 night min), Easter (4 night min), Christmas-New Year & January (1 week min).
• Tariffs for some houses may rise by up to 50% above the standard scale in periods of peak demand.
• Arrivals on a Sunday or Public Holiday incur a $45 access charge to cover increased cleaning costs.
• Additional guests are $30 per person per night; the extra fold-out single bed incurs a $30 set-up charge.
• Children 17 years & under are $15 per night; an extra small fold-out child's bed incurs a $15 set-up charge; a baby cot is available for $30 per stay/week.
• An additional guest key is available for $50 deposit, fully refundable.
• Every effort is made to keep guests’ bookings in the house of their choice. However, this is not always possible and a booking may be transferred to another nearby house.
• Tariffs for all confirmed bookings are honoured as booked. The tariff scale may be varied without notice; always check the tariff when you book.

NB:  Loud behaviour and parties (large ‘noisy gatherings’) are not permitted in any Terraces accommodation.
